Read carefuly the conditions
described below.
The designator "client"
will be used to talk about the person or the company who will
buy a service from Image-i-natif.
The designator "third partie" will be used to talk
about the person who will refer the client to the company Image-i-natif.
- The client can not be refered
by himself .
- The client should not already
doing business with Image-i-natif.
- The client should not be a
relative of the third partie.
- The third partie should be an
individual (not a company) or could be an independent worker.
- The client should be aware that
it is the company Image-i-natif that will execute the service
for him.
- The client will be served and
billed by the company Image-i-natif.
- If afterwhile, the client want
to do business again with Image-i-natif, any subsequent contract
following the first reference, will not generate any income for
the third partie, other then what he already gained with the
reference.
- The income for the third partie
will be of 10% of the total amount (before taxes) that will be
found on the invoice of the client refered, with the following
'exception: if the contract signed between Image-i-natif and the
client is for a long term work that is hourly rated, then the
income to the third partie would be of 10% of the amounts (before
taxes) on the invoices of the client up to the maximum of 500$.
- Image-i-natif will pay the
third partie by check.. Image-i-natif should be paid first by
the client before the third partie can have his paiement. A
minimum of 20$ should be owed to the third partie before Image-i-natif
can emit any check. If with a first contract, the income for the
third partie is less than 20$, the amount will be kept in bank
until another contract will bring new income to the third partie,
and when the cumulated amount will reach at least 20$ then it
will be fully paid to the third partie.
